Delivery service

(1) Home delivery service

After the order is received, the data will be checked in a few hours. We will call the mobile number and make sure if the data provided like address are reliable.
The order should be made before 12 noon if the customer wants to get the item within 24 hours.
We will contact the customer half an hour before the delivery is made.
That’s why the customer should provide the right mobile number and address. (Some item cannot be delivered in a day)
2,000 Ks for service charge if the item would like to be received in a day (only the orders before 12 noon)
1,000 Ks for service charge if the item would like to be received within 2 days
Free of delivery charge if the item would like to be received within 3 to 7 days (or) home delivery service would be made with possible reasonable price without holidays.
Delivery service is being provided every day from 9 am to 6 pm.

(2) Refunding with immediate effect

On the condition that the product with logo does not match with the standard of quality and colour when received, then it could be returned without damaging the original packing. As soon as we receive the returned item, refunding will be made almost at once in original prices.

(3) Taking out refund

Customers using one of the payment systems provided by ZawgyiMart will be reimbursed in a short time. If the payment systems are found inconvenient, the customers can come to the Za Information Technology Company and get the refund.
